Greg Hooper

Tai Chi Instructor

I started Tai Chi with Chunmei a couple of years ago and have enjoyed and benefited enormously from her teaching. To the small extent I can, I would like to share that enjoyment and the health benefits with others now that I am a Certified Tai Chi Instructor and  Leader and Senior Trainer for the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention programs through Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute.
