In this Qi Gong for Energy workshop you will learn 18 movements of Qi Gong which you can practice everyday in your life to help you to cultivate your life energy, to help you to relax your mind, body and spirit. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Step-by-step, easy to learn.

Dress Code: Comfortable warm loose cloth, a pair of warm shocks, gloves.

Tea and coffee will be provided, bring your favourite snack. Bring a rug to lie down and a warm blanket for meditation and lie down.
