The Group Classes Experience
Our group classes combine gentle Tai Chi warm-ups, Qi Gong, Tai Chi walking, and traditional forms, taught in clear, step-by-step segments with options for every body and ability. Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere where beginners feel welcome and returning students keep refining technique, posture, breath, and flow.
The practice builds balance, joint mobility, leg strength, and coordination while easing stress, sharpening focus, and promoting a relaxed, steady energy. It’s a low-impact, mindful movement that supports long-term wellbeing that is accessible, structured, and genuinely enjoyable.
Simple and Flexible
2026 Class Schedule
For best results, students are encouraged to attend 2–3 classes per week to build consistency, deepen practice, and enjoy greater health and vitality.
Tuesday 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am offer shorter beginner Qi Gong and basic Tai Chi classes, while Saturday 9:00am is a 90-minute deeper Tai Chi session finishing with Qi Gong.
