To support a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment, clients are kindly asked to refrain from smoking for at least 48 hours prior to their appointment and to avoid wearing strong fragrances, including heavy perfumes or scented products. As a practitioner, I have a sensitivity to tobacco smoke residue and strong odours, which may cause physical discomfort and impact my ability to provide effective treatment. Thank you for your understanding that appointments may need to be declined or rescheduled if this guideline is not met.
Cupping
Cupping involves placing special glass or silicone cups on the skin to create gentle suction. This helps loosen tight muscles, stimulate blood flow, remove toxins, and encourage the smooth flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling, though commonly used in modern therapy, has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It uses fine needles to release muscle tension, deactivate trigger points, and improve mobility and circulation, supporting the body’s natural healing response.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a gentle scraping technique using a smooth-edged tool to stimulate blood flow, reduce inflammation, and ease stiffness. It helps clear stagnant energy, revitalise the skin, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
